The company director, Jamie Cohen MRICS, has over 15 years of experience in residential property, first starting out as an estate agent in North London where he became intimately familiar with the home-buying and selling process.

He then moved client-side to work for one of the largest private landlords in the UK, managing a portfolio of over 1,000 properties across London. Over the years he acquired a deep construction knowledge of diverse property types and locations - an advantage when performing detailed house surveys and building surveys throughout London and the Home Counties.

He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and founded Templewhite Ltd as a dedicated platform to help individuals and property investors navigate the home-buying process. With his comprehensive knowledge of construction types and broad property experience, he is uniquely placed to offer expert advice as RICS-regulated Chartered Surveyors in delivering HomeBuyer Reports, Building Surveys and professional Valuations.
