The company director, Jamie Cohen has over 15 years experience in residential property, first starting out as an estate agent in North London where he became intimately familiar with the buying and selling process.

He then moved client side to work for one of the largest private landlords in the UK managing a portfolio of over 1000 properties spread across London. Over the years he acquired a deep construction knowledge of varying property types and in different locations.

He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and set up Templewhite as a platform to help individuals and investors navigate the homebuying process. With his knowledge of construction types and diverse property experience, he is uniquely placed to provide expert advice on RICS Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Reports and Valuations.
